Chunks of chicken fillet made from 100% French poultry, ideal for fast food, catering and prepared meals These breaded, fried and cooked chicken fillet chunks, selected by Le Delas, are made from poultry guaranteed to be of French origin (58.4% chicken fillets processed using a curing method). Coated in crispy, golden wheat breadcrumbs fried in sunflower oil, they offer a particularly tender and juicy centre thanks to an excellent protein-to-fat ratio of 2.15 (18.5 g of protein per 100 g). Ready to use and very easy to reheat, these breaded pieces are an ideal and cost-effective solution to meet the needs of professionals in commercial catering, snack bars, room service, buffet catering and institutional catering. Professional uses, preparation and storage: ► Culinary applications and service: An indispensable and highly practical ingredient for creating gourmet platters, appetiser buckets, finger food platters, mixed salads, or children's and room-service menus. Recommended by Le Delas for their consistent sizing and excellent ability to retain heat. ► Preparation and reheating: In a conventional oven (recommended): Reheat for 10 to 12 minutes at 200 °C to preserve the crispiness of the breadcrumb coating. In a frying pan: Sear for 4 to 5 minutes on each side over a medium heat. Note: Reheating in a microwave is strongly discouraged to prevent the breadcrumb coating from becoming soggy. ► Packaging: Fresh product packaged in a modified atmosphere in 1 kg bags (fixed weight). ► Storage and shelf life: Fresh product to be stored in a refrigerated environment between 0 °C and +4 °C.
