This 9-month-old cured ham is salted with salt from the Salies-de-Béarn saltworks, then dried and refined in the Adour basin in accordance with the specifications of the IGP "Jambon de Bayonne". It is produced from pork from France raised in the Adour basin.
Stubborn for good products, this house is proud of the charcuterie know-how of the Basque Country and Chalosse!
Maison Baillet is our pork charcuterie from the Chalosse region, south of the Landes: a range of cured meats with incomparable taste. Their IGP Bayonne ham is preservative-free, apart from the famous local Salies de Bearn salt, precisely dosed, ensuring a long natural preservation of the hams. The pork meat used comes from French breeders selected mainly in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques and Landes, with respect for animal welfare. The thin slice gives a subtle taste to our hams. The pâtés are also made with Salies de Bearn salt and quality French pork. In order to avoid waste, this house is committed to processing 100% of the meat from the pigs selected in its recipes.
