Presented in a glass jar with an adjustable wooden-effect mill head, it combines aesthetics and performance for immediate use in the dining room or kitchen.

► Sensory experience: This wild pepper offers a woody and floral aromatic profile, with fresh notes of citrus and earth. Its heat is sharp but less persistent than that of a classic black pepper, giving way to great complexity on the finish.
► Pairings and serving suggestions: In Madagascar, it is traditionally used to enhance strong-flavoured meats (game, lamb) and seafood. It pairs wonderfully with coconut milk, poultry and cuts of beef. Its aromatic finesse also makes it a surprising and refined partner for chocolate desserts or fruit salads (strawberry, pineapple).
