Guintini's Fines de Claire No. 2 oysters are high-quality oysters farmed in Charente-Maritime. The term "Fine de Claire" indicates that they have been refined in claires, clay ponds that give them firmer flesh and a delicate flavour. This No. 2 size corresponds to generous oysters, ideal for tasting. Each basket contains 96 oysters. Professional culinary uses: Fines de Claire oysters are perfect for eating raw. They can be enjoyed plain, with a squeeze of lemon, a dash of shallot vinegar or a touch of pepper. They can also be used in cooking for hot dishes, such as oysters au gratin or poached oysters, or for an exceptional seafood platter. Storage and preparation advice: Oysters are living products that must be kept cool, ideally between 5°C and 15°C, laid flat and covered with a damp cloth to keep them alive.
