The Baby Kys is the special Kys oyster in a mini version. It is a very small caliber (No. 5) which meets all the quality criteria of an Etoile with more gentleness. It is the ideal oyster for lovers who like softer oysters. Connoisseurs will be just as charmed by this very young, salty, sweet, crunchy and fleshy oyster. It is remarkable for its firm and very abundant flesh and its color evokes that of gold. When opened, it gives off an odor close to nori seaweed. It is a powerful and unique oyster to discover absolutely. It is produced in Carnac and Riantec, in southern Brittany, between Vannes and Lorient on exceptional sites, the historic cradle of the oyster. Location in store: Atelier Marée
