The super-special L'Étoile n°3 oyster, in a 24-piece basket, is remarkable for its firm, abundant flesh and its colour reminiscent of gold. Very crunchy and sweet, its foot is exceptionally wide. When opened, it gives off a scent reminiscent of nori seaweed. It's a powerful, unique oyster that's well worth discovering. It is produced in Carnac and Riantec, in Southern Brittany, between Vannes and Lorient on exceptional sites, the historic birthplace of the oyster. Location in store: Atelier Marée
