These historic cradles of oyster farming in Southern Brittany, located between Vannes and Lorient, are exceptional sites. These oysters are remarkable for their crunchy, sweet, firm and very abundant flesh. Their colour is reminiscent of gold. When opened, they give off a scent similar to nori seaweed.
