Like all the products from our seafood workshop, it is guaranteed to be fresh: the sea almonds are prepared on site on the day of delivery. Professional culinary uses: Sea almonds can be used in a variety of dishes. They are excellent eaten on their own, raw, with a dash of lemon juice, or steamed, cooked in a marinade, or stuffed. They can also be used in pasta dishes, seafood risottos or fish soups, to which they add a unique flavour.
