PAC rainbow trout farmed in France (Oncorhynchus mykiss) is a fish prized for its delicate, salmon-pink flesh. Its PAC (ready-to-cook) status means that it has already been gutted, saving valuable time in the kitchen. Its ideal weight of 1 to 2 kg makes it perfect for cooking whole or serving as fillets. This fish is prepared by our fishmongers at the Le Delas seafood workshop in Rungis the night before the order is shipped, ensuring optimal freshness.
