Giraudet's fresh Organic Coral Lentil Curry Soup is a creamy, hearty recipe. Made with 18% coral lentils and enhanced by the subtle flavour of curry, this soup offers a gourmet, slightly spicy taste experience. The lentils are combined with tomato purée, onions and garlic, creating a rich, balanced flavour base. All the ingredients are organically grown, for a high-quality product selected by Le Delas, your wholesaler at Rungis. Culinary use ► This soup is ready to use. It can be served hot as a starter. ► For a perfect match, follow the Chef's suggestion and add a few fresh coriander leaves just before serving. ► You can also top it with a drizzle of coconut cream or plain yoghurt for extra sweetness, or serve it with roasted chickpeas for a more complete dish. Storage and serving recommendations ► Storage: the best-before date is 30 days from the date of manufacture. ► Preparation & cooking: in a saucepan: pour the contents of the bottle into a saucepan. Rinse the bottom of the bottle with a little water to catch everything. Stirring, heat over a medium heat for two minutes, then for a further three minutes over a low heat, still stirring. Avoid boiling. In the microwave: pour half the bottle into a bowl and reheat for two to three minutes at 750W. ► Chef's tip: this soup is justly seasoned and doesn't contain much water. Feel free to extend it with a little water or cream to suit your tastes.
