Giraudet's Mon Panier du Marché BIO fresh soup is a simple, authentic recipe made with organic ingredients. Made with 28% courgettes, potatoes, leeks and 3% spinach, it is seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. It is delicately seasoned with a hint of garlic. This soup, with its fresh vegetable flavours, is a high-quality product selected by Le Delas, your wholesaler at Rungis. Culinary uses ► This soup is ready to use. It can be served as a starter, on its own or garnished according to your creations. ► You can sprinkle it with chopped flat-leaf parsley or add a touch of crème fraîche for a gourmet touch. ► For a perfect match, offer it with croutons or a drizzle of quality olive oil. Storage and serving recommendations ► Conservation: the BBD is 30 days from the date of manufacture. ► Preparation & cooking: in a saucepan: pour the contents of the bottle into a saucepan. Rinse the bottom of the bottle with a little water to catch everything. Stirring, heat over a medium heat for two minutes, then for a further three minutes over a low heat, still stirring. Avoid boiling. In the microwave: pour half the bottle into a bowl and reheat for two to three minutes at 750W. ► Chef's tip: this soup is justly seasoned and doesn't contain much water. Feel free to extend it with a little water or cream to suit your tastes.
