► Restaurant service: Ready to use, this gazpacho is perfect as a light starter or for a set lunch menu. Its vibrant colour and basil aroma make it a product ready for immediate service on the terrace.
► Buffets and cocktail parties: Served in verrines or small individual containers, it adds a touch of elegant freshness. It settles naturally; simply shake the bottle to restore a smooth, silky texture.
► Serving suggestion: To bring out the best in this product selected by Le Delas, we suggest serving it chilled and adding a few leaves of fresh basil, finely chopped just before serving, to enhance the aromatic intensity.
► Preparation: This fresh product requires no further preparation. It is advisable to shake the bottle well before opening to ensure the tomato pulp and olive oil are thoroughly combined.
► Storage: Must be kept at a temperature between 0°C and +4°C. Once opened, the bottle must be stored in the fridge and the contents consumed within 48 hours to ensure optimal freshness and compliance with food safety standards.
