Back of sea bass 45% and crayfish 3% in a lobster sauce made with light cream from France, lobster bisque, Cognac, shallots, tomato purée and fish stock. Heat in a bain-marie in its packaging in simmering water for 30 minutes. In a traditional oven, place the product in a suitable dish and heat for 30 minutes at 175°C (Th.6).
