Scallops 37.3%, potato, fennel, salt, turmeric and pepper, in bourride sauce 38.9% based on light cream from France, mayonnaise and fish stock. Heat in a bain-marie in its packaging in simmering water for 30 minutes. In a traditional oven, place the product in a suitable dish and heat for 30 minutes at 175°C (Th.6).
