Zander fillets 29.8%, crayfish 1.2%, carrots and peas, in a watercress sauce 43.5% based on light cream from France, watercress, spinach, fish stock, shallots, salt and pepper. Heat in a bain-marie in its packaging in simmering water for 30 minutes. In a traditional oven, place the product in a suitable dish and heat for 30 minutes at 175°C (Th.6).
