Les Recettes de Marie cocktail cocktail olives, garlic, mushrooms and preserved lemons are the result of artisanal expertise developed since 1979 in Seine-et-Marne by a small family business. Its approach is distinguished by its mastery of blends, guaranteeing unique quality and flavours on the market. Selected in Greece, these olives are prepared without gluconate to preserve their natural colour. They are meticulously "broken" to ensure perfect brine impregnation. The only exception is the "Greek-style" olives, which come from and are prepared in Morocco.
