These "pearls" or "drops" of red peppers (70%) in marinade offer a nice explosiveness in the mouth thanks to a very firm texture, an original flavor and a very qualitative presentation. They are produced and harvested by hand in South America. For optimal use, rinse the product to remove the slight acidity of the marinade. After opening, they keep refrigerated for 48 hours. To decorate verrines, salads, gourmet dishes, catering dishes or to enjoy as tapas.

This product was introduced in France by Sud'n'Sol 17 years ago, when two Belgian cousins brought back from their trip in South Africa and New-Zealand the idea of a semi-dried tomato, better adapted to sandwiches and fast food especially, than the dried tomato, not enough flexible. Originally produced in Marmande, near the Agen site, they are now produced in France, Morocco, Spain and Portugal, alternately in order to benefit from the best sunshine possible, and in partnership with farms using Daniela seeds and Sud'n'Sol methods. In a Clean Label approach, they are harvested at maturity for an ideal flavor and a beautiful red color, and always cultivated in the ground, then transformed without preservatives or additives, and preserved in a rapeseed oil flavored with aromatic herbs. Calibrated, 57/62, or 62/67 and cut in 7 to 8 segments by hand, they offer a nice regularity, a softness and a pleasant sweetness in the mouth.

A gourmet product containing only 10% oil, these high-quality aubergines (Solanum melongena) are sliced, grilled and marinated, ready to eat. The aubergines are purchased fresh from the local "Ortofrutticolo" market. The fresh vegetables are stored at a temperature between 0/+6°C. The fresh aubergines are washed under running water, trimmed at both ends, sliced vertically to a thickness of about ½ cm, grilled, acidified in brine, drained and packaged in their marinade made from sunflower oil, vinegar and balsamic vinegar of Modena, salt, garlic, parsley, sweet and hot chilli peppers, rosemary, oregano and basil. The product is then heat treated, cooled to room temperature and stored at a temperature between 0 and +4°C. After opening, store at 0°C to +4°C, covered with oil, and consume within 3 days.
