A gourmet product with only 10% oil, these high-quality courgettes (Cucurbita pepo) are sliced, grilled and marinated, ready to eat. A product made from courgettes, sliced lengthwise or into rounds, grilled and marinated, ready to eat. The courgettes are purchased fresh from the local "Ortofrutticolo" market. The fresh courgettes are stored at a temperature between 0/+6°C, then washed under running water, trimmed at the ends, sliced into rounds about ½ cm thick, grilled, acidified in brine, drained and packaged marinated in sunflower oil, wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar of Modena, salt, garlic, parsley, rosemary, oregano, basil, sweet and hot chilli pepper. The product is then heat-treated, cooled to room temperature and stored at a temperature between 0 and +4°C. After opening, store at 0°C to +4°C, covered with oil, and consume within 3 days.
