Selected by Le Delas for the unspoilt freshness of its ingredients, its vibrant, natural green colour and the uniformity of its trim, this premium preparation offers a typically Mediterranean aromatic note that is highly sought after by culinary professionals. Professional uses, preparation and storage: ► Culinary uses: Perfect for enhancing your premium salad bars, antipasti platters and sharing appetiser boards. These artichoke hearts also make an elegant addition as a cold or warm topping on homemade focaccia, gourmet pizzas after baking, or as an accompaniment to fish tartares and grilled poultry. ► Preparation: For optimal visual presentation and perfect texture on the plate, we recommend a simple draining process using a suitable sieve before serving to remove excess marinade, whilst retaining the aromatic herbs and candied lemon pieces on the artichoke hearts. ► Storage: This is a fresh product and must be kept in its original, sealed packaging at between 0 and +4°C.
