A gourmet product containing only 10% oil, these dried and marinated tomatoes are ready to use. Semi-preserved vegetables made from dried red tomatoes, cut lengthwise and seedless, packed in sunflower oil and ready to eat. The dried tomatoes are purchased and stored in a dedicated, cool, clean and dry room. They are then washed thoroughly under running water, acidified in brine, drained and packaged in a marinade made from sunflower oil, wine vinegar, salt and capers. Avant ouverture, à conserver entre 0°C à +4°C. Après ouverture, conserver de 0°C à +4°C, recouvert d'huile, et consommer dans les 7 jours.
