Tartinette is an essential charcuterie speciality of the Alsatian tradition, distinguished by its creamy recipe, prepared from 59% French pork (VPF). Presented in a clipped artificial casing, this preparation is a ready-to-use raw product, designed to offer a melt-in-the-mouth, flavourful texture. It is an authentic solution for catering and snacking professionals who want to offer a typical product from the Alsace region with a guarantee of butcher's quality. Culinary Uses and Professional Advice: ► Ready to eat: The product is ready to spread and should be consumed without prior heating. ► Ideal for making aperitif toasts and regional charcuterie platters. ► Perfect as a base for traditional sandwiches or to enhance country-style buffets. ► Recommendation: To preserve its organoleptic qualities, it is advisable to consume the product immediately after opening.
