This mousse is only made from duck, including 44% lean livers and coated with pure duck fat. Perfect for display in the window or on a buffet, this pure duck mousse can also be served with a few lettuce leaves for a starter. Its fine and melting texture is easy to spread and can therefore be used for toasts or sandwiches. To be served to the cut, on a plate or as a spread.

Brocéliande is a cooperative of more than 300 breeders located in the west of France, engaged in a breeding process respectful of animals and products of better quality. Their pigs are fed with whole grain cereals, without antibiotic treatment, replaced by probiotics and vitamins to prevent diseases. To avoid stress, they live in temperate ventilated, daily cleaned facilities, with twice biger than average troughs and are not castrated.
