Presented in a roll on a tray, this duck mousse is ready to be presented in the window, on a buffet, or to be used in cook. It is generally served sliced as a starter, accompanied by a few lettuce leaves for a tasty, melting and aesthetic result. Suitable for those who don't eat pork, this mousse is made only from duck, including 44% lean livers and coated in pure duck fat.

Brocéliande is a cooperative of more than 300 breeders located in the west of France, engaged in a breeding process respectful of animals and products of better quality. Their pigs are fed with whole grain cereals, without antibiotic treatment, replaced by probiotics and vitamins to prevent diseases. To avoid stress, they live in temperate ventilated, daily cleaned facilities, with twice biger than average troughs and are not castrated.
