The Maurer-Tempé house is located in Alsace, on the Kingersheim site, certified IFS higher level. Note that it belongs to its employees! The rigorous selection of ingredients and a historical know-how guarantee a constant superior quality to all of their products. It includes a charcuterie workshop, a catering workshop and a salting workshop which produces the famous traditional Alsace bacon smoked with beech wood. The house favors local or regional supplies as much as possible.
