Sheep cheese Tomme from Chambéry 1/4 ±750g

The originality of this tomme lies in its colorful rind and its hazelnut aromas typical of this Chambéry maturing cellar. The ivory paste, quite firm, dense and regular. Produced from thermized sheep's milk from the Larzac plateau, this tomette is an uncooked pressed cheese. Classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Larzac plateau offers a grandiose, steep and arid environment, naturally suited to sheep milk production. The ewe is queen there, giving birth to marvelous cheeses of character.

The cheeses wheels, from 3 to 70 kilos, are chosen one by one, then cut and packaged in our workshop, in order to guarantee an incomparable freshness and an optimal maturation. 1/2 grinding wheel, 1/4 grinding wheel, 1/8 or about 600g slice (depending on the cheese) are proposed to match your needs, and without compromise on quality.
