GRAND FERMAGE Noirmoutier Semi-Salted Butter 250g for an artisanal salty touch.
This pasteurised semi-salted butter contains a minimum of 80% fat, as it should. It is distinguished by the addition of sea salt crystals (2% of the total 3% salt) from the island of Noirmoutier. It is made in France using the "Nizo" continuous churning method, with the addition of selected lactic ferments. Delas stocks this GRAND FERMAGE butter to offer professionals a product that is both authentic and of high aromatic quality. The Noirmoutier salt gives it a grainy texture and a distinct salty flavour, ideal for tasting or finishing dishes.
Organoleptic characteristics and quality:
► Good key ingredients: pasteurised cream from France, 3% added salt (including 2% Noirmoutier sea salt crystals), lactic ferments.
► Appearance/colour: Straw yellow, homogeneous.
► Smell/taste: Distinctive, typical flavour and aroma, with a noticeable sensation of salt grains on the palate.
► Quality: The product is guaranteed GMO-free and non-ionised. It is suitable for vegetarian diets.
Culinary uses:
► Breakfast/brunch: Perfect on toast, where the flavour and texture of Noirmoutier salt can be fully appreciated, especially with seafood.
► Finishing dishes: Ideal for making a beurre blanc sauce, for a drizzle of butter over grilled meat or fish, adding the necessary salty note.
