La Baratte du Crémier aux Cristaux de Sel de l'Île de Ré is an exceptional semi-salted butter produced by the famous Laiterie d'Échiré. Made in a churn from cream matured at low temperature, this fluted butter stands out for its authentic character and its greaseproof paper packaging. The addition of Île de Ré salt (2.4% max) creates a unique dual texture: the smoothness of the butter meets the crunchiness of the salt crystals. This butter offers the rich aroma typical of the Charente region, while remaining easy to spread, even straight from the refrigerator. A refined choice for creamers and gourmet tables, selected by Le Delas. Uses and tasting tips: ► Enjoy on its own: Particularly recommended on a slice of fresh bread for breakfast to fully savour the crunch of the salt crystals. ► Cooking & Baking: Delicately enhances your preparations, but it is advisable to avoid cooking over high heat to preserve the quality of the crystals.
