Made from open-field tomatoes (52 per cent), sun-dried tomatoes (3.8 per cent), crushed almonds (9 per cent) and genuine Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, it offers a creamy texture punctuated by crunchy almond bits. Guaranteed free from colourings, preservatives, artificial flavourings, texturising agents, palm oil and hydrogenated fats, it brings a rich and balanced flavour to your culinary creations. Professional uses, preparation and storage: ► Culinary applications and presentation: Can be used hot or cold as a ready-to-use sauce. When served hot, it perfectly coats fresh pasta, gnocchi and risottos, or serves as a delicious base for topping vegetable tian, savoury tarts, bruschetta and roast poultry or fish.
