This lobster bisque is concentrated. Directions for use: Pour the contents of this box into a container then add up to once its volume of water. Reheat over low heat while stirring gently. Depending on your taste, remove from the heat with a knob of butter or a spoonful of fresh cream. Serve in a soup tureen and garnish each plate with fried croutons.
