Favouilles are small green crabs found especially on the Mediterranean coasts. They are prepared in soup in an artisanal way by the Au Bec Fin cannery according to a traditional Provençal recipe without preservatives, additives or synthetic flavorings and therefore restores the authentic taste of these crabs. For this recipe, favouilles are mixed with rock fish and local vegetables and flavored with spices, especially saffron. The recipe for this product has been guaranteed gluten-free by its producer (no cross-contamination not guaranteed).
