This delicious summer preparation is inspired by Sicilian red pesto. Ideal as a spread, it features oven-roasted tomatoes with a creamy texture and peppery flavour, providing a tasty base on a slice of toast. This completely vegan recipe is made with 97% French ingredients, including tomatoes and onions from the Ile-de-France region. It goes perfectly with a variety of tartines with characterful cheeses, canapés with mozzarella and basil, scrambled eggs on characterful bread, sauces to accompany meat, or club sandwiches topped with tuna, dried rosemary and salad.
This unique Parisian cannery offers top-of-the-range spreads made from seasonal vegetables and charcuterie, with original, tasty recipes and sourced as far as possible from short distribution channels.
Locavore, this only Parisian cannery, Les Sept Collines, is located in the Porte d'Aubervilliers district. Founded in 2021 by two friends, Ketty Six Sebag and Christophe Barut, the company seduced us with its top-of-the-range jars of vegetables and charcuterie in original, tasty recipes, simmered with talent. They work with seasonal fruit and vegetables from local farms and sustainable, or even organic, farming, which is fairly remunerated.
