Winner of the 2022 Épicure d'argent award, these spreadable button mushrooms are a delight with the intense flavour of grilled mushrooms and a hint of pepper. Originally from the Ile-de-France region, these mushrooms are perfect as an aperitif, spread on bread or used in cooking as a substitute for butter. Try them on toast with roasted and crushed hazelnuts, in a dip with radishes, cherry tomatoes or celery sticks, or in a puff pastry with a soft-boiled egg. You can also use them to make an original croque-monsieur or to add a gourmet touch to your leek and potato soup. A healthy and tasty product, to be enjoyed without moderation!

Locavore, this only Parisian cannery, Les Sept Collines, is located in the Porte d'Aubervilliers district. Founded in 2021 by two friends, Ketty Six Sebag and Christophe Barut, the company seduced us with its top-of-the-range jars of vegetables and charcuterie in original, tasty recipes, simmered with talent. They work with seasonal fruit and vegetables from local farms and sustainable, or even organic, farming, which is fairly remunerated.
