This 250 ml extra virgin olive oil (HOVE) is 100% Italian. It is a "Fructus" oil obtained by first cold pressing and characterised by very low acidity. Its sweet bouquet, with a fruity finish and fragrant flavour, makes it ideal for delicate seasonings and finishing dishes where the taste of the oil should be highlighted. Delas has chosen it to provide professionals with a high-end olive oil of guaranteed origin.
