Ideal with escarole, romaine and chicory, marinated game and fish, Hollandaise and Béarnaise sauces, as well as for deglazing white meats.
This vinegar is obtained exclusively by the biological process of double fermentation, alcoholic and acetic and liquids of agricultural origin. It is produced from DO Jerez-Xérès-Sherry wine aged for a minimum of 2 years in oak barrels.
