This range of candied fruits and chutneys is presented in resealable plastic jars. This is the last creation of Lucien Georgelin who wanted to offer to each cheese its confit of fruit. In the south-west of France, sheep's cheese has always used to be associated with black cherry, and Lucien thought of other equally audacious associations. Whether sweet, slightly tangy or exotic, these confits will particularly highlight your cheese plates and these chutneys delicately accompany the meats and foie gras ... or inspire you other associations. These products are all cooked in cauldrons, without addition of preservatives, colourings or aromas. Dare to marry: The black cherry with the Tomme of Ewe, the Brillat-Savarin or the Saint-Nectaire. Pear with Morbier, Fourme d'Ambert or Bleu des Causses. Quince with the Manchego, the Maroilles or the Saint-Nectaire. Plum with Brie, Époisses or Pont-l'Evêque.
