Established in the heart of the South West of France for 35 years, Lucien Georgelin wanted to give each cheese its own fruit confit. Traditionally, ewe's milk cheese is combined with black cherries... Naturally, these products are cooked in a cauldron, with no added preservatives, colourings or flavourings. They come in practical, resealable plastic jars.
To complement the range of cooking aids, there's a range of fruit and condiments cooked in a cauldron and a hazelnut spread from Lot-et-Garonne.
