This IGP clementine, reputed to be the best, was sourced by Les vergers Boiron on the east coast of Corsica, between the sea and the mountains. Pulpy and of a quality recognizable among all, the PGI Corsican clementine is the pride of the island of beauty. This purée is obtained from IGP fresh fruit picked when ripe, the juice of which is extracted by pressing and refining. It has been finely sieved and packaged in Valencia using a production process that guarantees a constant level of sugar and acidity. It preserves the organoleptic richness of a puree as close as possible to fresh fruit, without preservatives, colorings or artificial flavors.

"Les Vergers de Boiron" offers a range of fruits and vegetables in ready-to-use frozen purées and coulis, bringing out the full flavor and color to the fresh product. The best fruits and vegetables are selected all over the world and picked at maturity to capture their optimal flavor. Freezing allows to respect all the qualities of the fruit and guarantees a constant quality in all seasons. A practical packaging in trays makes it easy to unmold, portion or pour. Defrosting recommended for optimum quality: between +2°C and +4°C for 24 to 48 hours. Possibility of thawing in a bain-marie or microwave at moderate temperature. Pastries: desserts, frozen desserts, fruit mousse, sorbets, ice cream, verrines, travel cakes, bavarois, charlottes, pies, desserts...
