This purée is obtained from IGP fresh fruit picked when ripe, the juice of which is extracted by pressing and refining. It has been finely sieved and packaged in Valencia using a production process that guarantees a constant level of sugar and acidity. It preserves the organoleptic richness of a puree as close as possible to fresh fruit, without preservatives, colorings or artificial flavors.

The puree without added sugars is obtained from fresh PGI fruit picked at maturity whose juice is extracted by pressing and refining.
