The best fruits and vegetables are selected all over the world and picked at maturity to capture their optimal flavor. Freezing allows to respect all the qualities of the fruit and guarantees a constant quality in all seasons. A practical packaging in trays makes it easy to unmold, portion or pour. Defrosting recommended for optimum quality: between +2°C and +4°C for 24 to 48 hours. Possibility of thawing in a bain-marie or microwave at moderate temperature.
