Delas has selected this superior cooked ham with rind, prepared with Guérande salt by Lyonnaise de Salaison. Slowly churned and then cooked in fresh vegetable stock, it develops an authentic, delicious flavour. Each piece is deboned, trimmed and lightly kneaded to give it a melt-in-the-mouth texture and perfect consistency when sliced, ideal for catering professionals. This ham is fairly compact, weighing an average of 7.5 kg, which makes it easy to handle and use in the kitchen. Produced almost exclusively for Le Delas, this ham remains unique at the Rungis International Market, where Le Delas is the only retailer to offer it. It is also distributed on a small scale in the Lyon region. This ham offers excellent value for money, in line with classic 3-nut products, and is perfectly suited to the needs of professionals.
