These herb-flavoured chipolatas are made from carefully selected pork, born, reared and slaughtered in France in accordance with CC5901 certification. True to traditional butcher's standards, they are stuffed into natural sheep casings (23–25 mm diameter), ensuring an authentic texture and a delicate crunch when cooked. The generous mincing using a 6 mm grid preserves the meat's structure and juiciness, whilst the addition of aromatic herbs brings a fresh, herbaceous note that perfectly balances the richness of the pork. Free from gristle and carefully seasoned, they provide a top-quality base for professionals with high standards regarding traceability.

► Gastronomic applications: A must-have for grill services, brasseries and caterers. These chipolatas are ideal for quick cooking on the plancha, under the grill or in a frying pan. Their herbaceous flavour profile makes them a perfect accompaniment to seasonal vegetables, homemade purées or mixed salads. ► Preparation: For an optimal taste experience, cooking through to the centre is essential. The 6-unit pack allows for smooth portion management and precise control of ingredient costs per plate.
► Storage: Fresh product to be stored between 0°C and +4°C. Under modified atmosphere packaging, the product retains all its qualities until the date indicated. Once opened, it is recommended to consume the chipolatas within 48 hours to preserve the natural flavours.
