These pure pork chipolatas, made from meat sourced from animals born, reared and slaughtered in France (CC5901 certification), stand out for their distinctive recipe inspired by the flavours of south-west France. Stuffed into natural sheep casings for a perfect shape, they have a consistent diameter of 23 to 25 mm. The meat is minced using a specific method (minimum 6 mm grid) to ensure a firm, juicy texture, free from any gristle. The seasoning is subtly enhanced by a touch of Espelette pepper (0.15%), hints of tomato and brown cane sugar, offering a balanced and slightly spicy flavour profile that will appeal to customers seeking originality and traceability.
