Le Delas has chosen this authentic Italian parmesan, freshly grated with no added preservatives. This parmesan is produced in mountain cheese dairies, using traditional methods to guarantee the authenticity and quality of the product. Made from unpasteurised milk, it comes from traditional regions such as the provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, Bologna and Mantua. Aged for 24 months, its taste is well-balanced between sweetness and flavour, making it ideal for adding flavour to stuffings, starters or vegetable gratins. Location in store: Atelier BOF
