This Italian Camembert is produced exclusively from Lombardy buffalo milk, like good mozzarella, which gives it a delicate flavor and finesse! If its shape and its unctuous bloomy rind are reminiscent of camembert, it is very different: its paste is whiter, its flavor much less strong than that of our Norman camemberts and its aromas all in lightness.
