This Grana Padano PDO , a hard cheese with a distinctive, fragrant and delicate flavour, is ideal for catering professionals. Aged for over 9 months, it is distinguished by its white or straw-yellow, finely grained paste and its dark yellow rind, which is over 4 mm thick. Milder than Parmesan, this versatile cheese is suitable for everyone. It can be grated or sliced over pasta or risottos, or used in small cubes with white wines as an aperitif.
