The varieties of tomatoes selected are primarily for their organoleptic rendering (Advance, Caladou, Bio Caladou, Cantou, Leader, Montego, Perfect Peel, Perfect Peel Bio, Platox, Spunta). For an unaltered freshness, the tomato picked up Monday at 8am is bottled Monday at 13h! This pure tomato juice with the flavor of fresh fruit picked at maturity can be consumed naturally or used for the realization of gazpachos, smoothies, cocktails, sauces...
