Boulos Pomegranate Molasses is used in many Middle Eastern dishes. It is made from highly concentrated pomegranate juice and should be used sparingly as it is very strong. Ideal for salad dressings as it has a tangy lemony taste.
You can use it on your salads or pour it over grilled eggplant slices.
This coulis is produced from mangoes from Reunion Island (68%) of which it is the emblematic fruit, nicknamed the "peach of the tropics". Without additives or preservatives thanks to pasteurization, it allows you to enjoy the smoothness and sweet flavor of this exotic fruit all year round. It can be kept for several months in a dry place, then 5 days in the fridge after opening.
