To achieve this result, Conserveras Ortiz gives the fish time to reach a level of maturation before carefully preparing each fillet one by one and putting them directly in olive oil. This 110g box is well suited for resale or can be served as is for an original starter or tapas to share.

For the last five generations, Las Ortiz Conservas, located in the Basque country, have been selecting and conditioning the most famous species of the gulf of Gascogne, anchovies and albacore tuna. Canned tuna fillets and ventresca are made with fish caught by line during the summer period in order to respect the integrity and maturity of the tuna.
