These mini sardines are selected, sorted and arranged by hand, and steamed before being preserved in quality olive oil. They are caught at 5am, when they have an empty stomach, to prevent their flavor from being affected. They arrive at the market at 6 a.m. and are then emptied and canned from 7 a.m. for optimal freshness and flavor.

Ready to consume at any time and in small easy to store packs, they are very simple to implement by the room service or the bar, without any required passage by the kitchen. Made with the fishing of the day, sorted and arranged by expert hands in each cannery, they allow you to serve excellent tapas, either directly in their pretty box, or after an extremely quick preparation: mini sardines with tortilla chips and guacamole, calamari with cuttlefish ink on a bed of tabbouleh, herbs and olive oil, or sardines fillets on toasted pizza dough, they offer you endless possibilities...
