Made with 20% caramel and enriched with butter and condensed milk, it offers a remarkably creamy texture and an authentic taste of cooked caramel. Its handy and precise 50 cl squeeze bottle is the tool of choice for chefs and baristas to add an immediate visual and flavourful signature to every creation.
Professional uses, application and storage:
► Topping and decoration: Thanks to its precision nozzle, it is ideal for delicately decorating your waffles, crêpes, doughnuts and ice creams selected by Le Delas. It ensures excellent hold for drizzles and plate decorations.
► Barista topping: Its density allows it to elegantly top milk foams, cappuccinos or hot chocolates without sagging, for a premium look.
► Use: Ready to use. For a smooth, glossy finish, the bottle can be slightly warmed before serving.
► Storage: 18 months unopened. Once opened, the sauce will keep for 4 weeks in a cool, dry place (below 25°C).
